CAITLIN MARRIOTT – RECEPTIONIST

Caitlin, a valued member of the Step Fwd IT team since July 2021, plays a pivotal role in our exceptional administration department. With a solid background in early childhood education and care, she brings a compassionate presence to the workplace. Additionally, Caitlin holds a Diploma in Business and Administration, showcasing her proficiency in documentation design and various client-oriented skills.

Outside the office, Caitlin maximises her time with a consistent routine. Regardless of the weather, she kickstarts each day with a 6:00 AM morning walk alongside her dad and their two beloved dogs, Mack and Ruby-Lee. Her remaining days off are devoted to outdoor activities unless she’s immersed in her group fitness classes – hip hop step, Zumba, yoga, and cardio tennis.
